Our Banking client is looking for an UX/UI Designer to join the Digital Team,
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver on all aspects of UI/UX design, from strategy concept to UI design, key visual and animation creatives.
• Collaborate with local & regional technology, product managers, researchers and data team for UXUI journey and communication materials.
• Deliver video production for education and promotional purpose for digital projects.
• Understand the brand DNA, design frameworks and design system and ideate on inspiring design concepts.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technology requirements to drive design decisions.
• Champion design driven mindset.
Requirements
• 6 years' & above experience as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, or User Interface Designer
• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in responsive and adaptive design approach
• Proficiency with mobile, tablet and desktop design standards / frameworks (iOS, Android and Windows, MacOS)
• The ability to prototype in HTML/CSS, Java script is a plus.
• Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including but not limited to: Figma, Photoshop, illustrator, Canva, After effect and Premier.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design rationale.
• Languages in Cantonese (daily comms); English (deck / presentations); Mandarin a plus.
• Collaborate with cross teams from strategy, technology, account, and production.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and take charge of responsibilities/area of duties assigned.
