Your new role - Develop and implement IT strategies to support operations and growth.
- Work closely with business users to understand needs and provide solutions.
- Recommend IT initiatives to improve competitiveness.
- Manage IT projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Handle change requests, resource planning, and task prioritisation.
- Oversee vendors and outsourcing partners.
- Lead and motivate the IT team to achieve goals.
What you'll need to succeed - Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 20+ years of experience in large organisations.
- Chinese speaking is a must
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and digital transformation.
- Solid project management skills and methodologies.
- Ability to turn business needs into practical IT solutions.
- Experience using AI to create business opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
