Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements.
Contribute to driving major transformative life insurance projects, including cutting-edge AI initiatives.
Assess existing systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Develop detailed use cases and user stories to clearly communicate requirements to development teams.
Serve as the liaison between business units and offshore development teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Define and align SIT and UAT approaches and schedules, ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting on progress, risks, and issues.
Prepare for project status update, reporting and presentation to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on the life insurance industry.
In-depth knowledge of core insurance processes, operations, or policy services within life insurance.
Demonstrated proficient presentation and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese and English, including the ability to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
