Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Functional Project Manager to lead the Windows 10 migration initiative. This role involves managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring smooth execution with minimal business disruption.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Windows 10/11 migration project, overseeing SCCM and Autopilot deployments, golden image creation, and compatibility testing for laptops and virtual machines.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and network to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware procurement, Wi-Fi access point deployment, and conference room VC hardware upgrades.
- Oversee Active Directory and Windows Server environments, ensuring system health, security compliance, and high availability for users
- Administer virtualization platforms (Citrix, VMware) for image deployment, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Ensure governance and reporting, providing regular updates to senior stakeholders and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements: - Proven experience in Windows OS migration projects within enterprise or financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows platforms, SCCM, Intune, virtualization technologies, and cloud identity solutions (Azure, Okta).
- Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
