About the Role We are partnering with a
globally recognized luxury brand to hire an experienced
IT Operations Manager. This is a high-impact role responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple regions, managing vendors, and maintaining service excellence for business-critical systems.
Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day IT operations across infrastructure environments.
- Manage incident and change processes using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and escalation.
- Coordinate with global teams and offshore support centers.
- Lead weekly Change Advisory Board meetings and ensure governance of IT changes.
- Monitor network performance using tools such as Cisco Meraki dashboard.
- Review vendor reports and ensure SLA compliance.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and drive accountability across vendors.
Requirements - Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager or similar role in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, especially incident and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing vendors and offshore teams.
- Exposure to global enterprise environments is a plus.
