Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions.

Private Partner Services (PPS) provides operation support to Private Banking (PB) and Treasures Private Client (TPC) Front Office.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update of key Private Bank policies and procedures, including drafting, reviewing and updating the procedural manuals, internal and external forms/ documents in response to regulatory/ process changes and to cater internal initiatives
  • Serve as a primary contact for complex client inquiries and proactively resolve issues and discrepancies related to account management (including account opening, maintenance and closure). Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing account management processes for improved client experience and operational efficiency
  • Drive process changes arising from new internal & external requirements/ initiatives; negotiate and coordinate with key stakeholders for the development and design of workflow and systems for efficient operations
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervising manager
Job Requirements
  • Degree holder preferably in Business, Finance, Law, Economics or related disciplines
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in customer management
  • Good analytical, problem solving and writing skills
  • Possess good interpersonal and robust written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, organized and ability to multi-task
  • Good sense of risk awareness
  • Good knowledge on private banking products & process is preferred
  • Ability to improve processes, coordinate multiple tasks and strong teamwork
  • Meticulous with good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel a must
