Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain C#.NET‑based applications that support core financial products, workflows, and reporting.
Work directly with business users (e.g., front, middle, or back office) to gather, clarify, and refine requirements.
Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications and high‑quality implementations.
Implement new features, enhancements, and integrations with internal and external systems (e.g., market data, trading, risk, or banking platforms).
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code following best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to technical design discussions, and support continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
Required Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of hands‑on experience in C# and .NET (Core or Framework) development.
Strong understanding of object‑oriented programming, design principles, and common .NET libraries and patterns.
Proven experience in developing financial applications (such as trading systems, risk engines, order management, payments, or other capital markets / banking systems).
Experience working directly with business stakeholders or end users to gather requirements and provide ongoing clarifications.
Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient SQL queries.
