Open Positions 1. SAP FICO Consultant (Aviation)

Budget: HKD 75,000-84,000/month

Responsibilities
  • Drive design, configuration, and enhancement of SAP FI/CO solutions.
  • Support system integration involving third-party tools, internal platforms, and external vendors.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, functional documentation, and testing.
  • Provide advisory on process improvements and financial workflows.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on deployment, UAT, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Strong hands-on SAP FI/CO experience across end-to-end implementation cycles.
  • Knowledge of S/4HANA , integration frameworks, and financial business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Aviation or asset-heavy industry experience is an advantage.

2. SAP Delivery Manager (Aviation)

Budget: HKD 40,000-48,000/month

Responsibilities
  • Oversee SAP AMS delivery across multiple functional modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, offshore resources, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure SLA compliance, issue resolution, and effective prioritisation.
  • Support change management, enhancement planning, and release cycles.
  • Maintain project governance and ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements
  • Strong background in SAP AMS delivery or project management.
  • Ability to communicate across technical teams and business users.
  • Experience overseeing multi-module SAP environments.
  • Strong organisational and vendor management capabilities.

3. SAP SD Team Lead (Integration & MRO/Servicing)

Budget: HKD 45,000-55,000/month

Responsibilities
  • Lead solution design and configuration for SAP SD/OTC within servicing and MRO environments.
  • Manage integrations between SAP and other enterprise systems.
  • Analyse enhancement requirements and steer functional development.
  • Support testing cycles, documentation, and deployment activities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and guide project workstreams.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SD (pricing, billing, OTC processes).
  • Strong integration experience across logistics and servicing modules.
  • Ability to work closely with MRO/servicing stakeholders.
  • Team leadership experience preferred.

4. SAP EC Lead (SuccessFactors EC/ECP)

Budget: HKD 45,000-55,000/month

Responsibilities
  • Lead SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll implementation.
  • Support requirement gathering, system design, configuration, and testing.
  • Coordinate integration with SAP HCM or external HR platforms.
  • Drive user training, documentation, and deployment readiness.
  • Ensure solution alignment with HR processes and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Hands-on SuccessFactors EC/ECP experience with certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures and workflow configuration.
  • Ability to manage HR-related integrations and EC platform enhancements.
  • Strong client communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

5. Technical Business Analyst (Aviation)

Budget: HKD 30,000/month

Responsibilities
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Work with technical teams on solution design, UAT planning, and delivery.
  • Support documentation, testing scripts, user training, and process analysis.
  • Coordinate between business users, architects, and project managers.
  • Analyse gaps, propose improvement actions, and support deployment cycles.
Requirements
  • Experience as a BA in IT, cloud, or enterprise application projects.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Aviation project experience is a plus.
