About the Role

We are supporting a global consultancy in expanding their HR Digital Transformation team. They are seeking a Digital HR Platforms Consultant to support large-scale HR modernisation programmes within insurance and financial services.

The role is SuccessFactors-focused, but also open to professionals from Workday, SAP HCM, Oracle HCM, or HRIS backgrounds who are keen to transition into SuccessFactors consulting.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders and project teams to design user-friendly HR processes, configure cloud HR solutions, and deliver end-to-end transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support configuration and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors across modules such as Core HR, Talent, Recruitment, Performance, Learning, etc.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs, workflows, and solution configurations.
  • Analyse HR processes and propose improvements aligned with best practices.
  • Participate in project cycles including requirement gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, change management, and HR stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful rollout.
  • Develop documentation (functional specs, test scripts, training materials).
  • Assist in user adoption, post-go-live support, and ongoing optimisation activities.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS, HR technology, digital HR, or HR transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors OR strong expertise in Workday / SAP HCM / Oracle HCM with willingness to cross-train.
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows and module processes (Talent, Core HR, L&D, etc.).
  • Experience engaging with business users and supporting end-to-end project delivery.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a consulting environment with structured delivery timelines.
  • Interest in developing SuccessFactors certifications (support may be available).

Preferred But Not Required
  • Consulting background (Big 4 or large transformation programmes).
  • Exposure to integrations, HR reporting, data migration, or HR analytics.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services.
