Company Overview: Our client, a boutique asset manager is looking Client Service Manager, intermediaries to join the team
About the job: - Act as the main contact for Hong Kong Wholesale, resolving client and internal queries efficiently.
- Manage onboarding for new distributors and clients, including documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate client requests—reports, account openings, trade queries—with internal teams.
- Deliver fund updates and presentations to clients and prospects.
- Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for fund registration and product management.
- Support sales through client engagement
- Conduct market research of the industry trends and assist in organizing client events
Requirements: - Degree holder with 3+ years in sales support, client service, or operations ideally within asset management or private banking preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
