Main Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-performance algorithmic trading solutions using Java.
- Collaborate with traders and other stakeholders to deliver low-latency trading systems.
- Ensure system reliability and performance in a high-pressure investment banking environment.
Key Requirements: - Programming Language: Proficiency in Java is required.
- Investment Banking Experience: A solid background in investment banking is essential, specifically in the Prime Services division.
- Algorithm Development: Proven experience in algorithm development is a must.
- Low Latency: Strong understanding and experience in low-latency systems.
- OMS: Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Equities: Familiarity with equities trading is advantageous.
Qualifications : - Experience: Ideally 10-20 years experience
- Grade: VP level preferred.
