Our client is a global leading financial service, and they are looking for an experienced Senior Sourcing Manager who would be able to manage the group level procurement. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end indirect sourcing activities from demand planning to supplier selection, negotiation, and contract execution. This role will cover all the non-IT procurement, such as Marketing, Professional service, HR, and Corporate Service. You will also contribute to category planning, spend analysis, and strategic sourcing initiatives across the organisation.

Your new role
  • Lead sourcing projects independently, including requirements gathering, market research, strategy development, competitive bidding, negotiation, and contract review.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders and regional procurement teams on sourcing strategies and best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver cost savings and value.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align sourcing plans with business objectives and support supplier management initiatives.
  • Offer expert advice on sourcing approaches and compliance, review award recommendations, and prepare data analysis and reports for decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and governance frameworks, assist with system implementations and coordinate process updates.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of non-employee workforce and conduct spend analysis for ad-hoc projects.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, procurement or related disciplines.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, preferably within multinational organisations.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage cost and risk effectively.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in an Asian language is a plus.
  • Candidates with less experience will also be considered as Manager/Assistant Manager.
