Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales, Analysts, Corporate Access counterparts, and corporates in coordinating roadshows, expert meetings, access days, forums and other corporate access events.
  • Liaise with Sales, Clients and Corporates for bespoke requests, i.e. trips, one to one calls / meetings, expert meetings etc.
  • Plan with Sales and Research for group tour and access days pipeline
  • Specific responsibility for the overall management of Corporate Access events including:
  • Booking travel, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Ensuring that necessary materials / equipment are available
  • Arranging event diaries in liaison with Corporates and Clients
  • Entering details into relevant systems
  • validating invoices
  • Corporate invitation to our flagship conferences, especially Investor Forum in Q3 each year
  • Developing relationships with companies for corporate pitching, working closely with Research where required
  • Developing relationships with Sales, Analysts and Corporate Access teams
  • Production and participation of regular management reporting and meetings

Requirements

  • Masters degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
  • 3-4 years of previous related experience
  • Strong IT skills, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Relevant working experience of working with corporate management and IR
  • Good understanding of local culture
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, detail oriented
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
