About the role

In this role, you will be an experienced project leader with a passion for arts, culture, and meaningful community advancement. this role offers a unique platform to drive strategic programmes, build influential partnerships, and elevate a landmark project from planning through to delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coordinate, and oversee all planning, development, and implementation activities across the multi-year cultural project.
  • Manage project partners in Beijing and Hong Kong, including regular meetings, documentation, reports, and alignment on outcomes.
  • Oversee capital works components, school outreach programmes, and major events in both the Mainland and Hong Kong.
  • Drive effective internal and external stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, outputs, and outcomes, preparing management reports and committee papers as required.
  • Identify risks, track external trends, and work with consultants and internal teams to implement mitigation measures.
  • Guide ongoing impact assessment and data analysis to inform project adjustments and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong project management expertise, ideally with large-scale or cross-regional initiatives.
  • Fluency in Putonghua, with excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills.
  • Experience in the arts, culture, or heritage sector is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and performance outcomes.
  • Genuine passion for charitable work and community impact.
