We are seeking a passionate, well-connected Head of Ecosystem and Fundraising with deep industry insight to advance our mission of providing secure, transparent and efficient decentralized investment solutions. This role has a dual mission: acting as a "Risk Curator," you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and integrating top-tier on-chain partners and assets to build a robust investment ecosystem. Concurrently, you will lead the company's fundraising efforts, bringing in strategic investors and capital to fuel our growth.

1. 生态发展与风险策展 (Ecosystem Development & Risk Curation):

从风险策展的角度,主动识别、接触并评估潜在的链上合作伙伴,包括但不限于DEFI协议、借贷平台、DEX、以及创新的优质资产(如RWA、LSD)提供方。对潜在合作方进行深入的尽职调查,重点评估其智能合约安全性、团队背景、经济模型(Tokenomics)和综合风险。与产品和技术团队紧密合作,推动已通过评估的合作协议与资产的整合,构建和扩大我们资产策略的边界。维护与核心生态伙伴的长期战略关系,寻找能完成我们资管策略闭环的必要资源；

2. 募资与投资者关系 (Fundraising & Investor Relations):

制定和执行公司的核心产品战略投资人募资策略。识别、接触并拓展全球范围内的潜在战略投资者,负责准备募资所需的所有材料。建立并维护与现有及潜在投资者的良好关系。

1. Ecosystem Development & Risk Curation：

From a "Risk Curator" perspective, proactively identify, engage, and evaluate potential on-chain partners, including but not limited to DeFi protocols, lending platforms, DEXs, and providers of innovative, high-quality assets (e.g., RWA, LSD).Conduct in-depth due diligence on potential partners, focusing on smart contract security, team background, tokenomics, and overall risk assessment.Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive the integration of vetted protocols and assets, building and expanding the universe of our asset strategies. Maintain long-term strategic relationships with key ecosystem partners and source essential resources required to close the loop on our strategies;

2. Fundraising & Investor Relations:

Develop and execute the company's overall fundraising strategy. Identify, approach, and cultivate a global network of potential strategic investors. Lead the preparation of all fundraising materials.Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, providing regular updates on the company's progress.

Job Requirement

1. Deeply passionate about and possess a profound understanding of the WEB3 and DeFi ecosystems; an active on-chain participant. 5+ years of relevant experience in business development, investment, or ecosystem growth in WEB3,at a reputable Layer-1/Layer-2, DeFi protocol, crypto fund, or Web3 research firm. Exceptional risk assessment skills, with the ability to conduct deep analysis of potential vulnerabilities in smart contracts, tokenomics, and protocol mechanics. A demonstrable and successful track record in fundraising, with familiarity in the end-to-end process from pitching and roadshows to deal structuring. An extensive and high-quality network within the DeFi and crypto investment communities. Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin. Ability to collaborate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, including technical, product, and investment. Highly self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

有RWA (真实世界资产) 或其他复杂结构化链上产品的经验。在加密社区拥有一定的影响力,或发表过有深度的行业研究报告。

Experience with Real-World Assets (RWA) or other complex structured on-chain products. Holds influence within the crypto communityor has published insightful industry research.
