About the position: Join our APAC client solutions team to support the development of cutting-edge life and health insurance solutions. You'll work closely with senior product leaders and marketing professionals, contributing to ideation, research, and execution across multiple markets
Key responsibilities: - Assist senior product managers in end-to-end product development, including ideation, design, and execution across our key markets in Asia.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare pitch materials and various presentations.
- Project management: Drive and influence cross-functional teams on various initiatives.
- Contribute to marketing events including planning and logistic support.
Technical skills/competencies: - Strong knowledge of life and health protection products.
- Proficiency in actuarial pricing and/or product design.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create compelling and visually impactful pitch decks.
- Knowledge in various insurance markets in Asia is a plus.
Behavioural competencies: - Determination to drive for results.
- Highly collaborative and adaptable.
- Strong attention to detail and execution focus.
- Curious and proactive in problem-solving.
- Open-minded and adaptable to different market dynamics and cultural perspectives.
Work experience: - Minimum 5 years in life (re)insurance with a proven track record in product development or pricing.
- Demonstrated success in driving projects from concept to completion, including managing timelines and coordinating stakeholders.
- Exposure to underwriting, claims, or distribution is a plus.
Education - Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, finance, or related field.
Professional qualifications or designations: - Fellow or near-qualified actuary is highly preferrable though not essential.
