This role will be an integral part of a collaborative private banking team, working closely with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, Compliance, and Operations. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate client profiles, supporting high standards of client servicing, and facilitating smooth and timely periodic KYC reviews in line with regulatory requirements.


Your new role

  • Support Client Advisors in managing complex private banking client portfolios
  • Handle new account onboarding and support periodic KYC reviews in line with regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date client documentation
  • Assist with credit and structured lending matters, including supporting credit analysis and related processes
  • Ensure all administrative and client‑related arrangements are completed efficiently and on time
  • Prepare detailed and complex Excel worksheets for reporting and analysis
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and other teams
  • Adhere to internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk management requirements




What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience within private banking, wealth management, or a related financial services environment
  • Hands‑on exposure to client onboarding, KYC reviews, and client documentation processes
  • Solid understanding of regulatory, compliance, and risk control frameworks
  • Experience supporting credit or lending‑related activities, including basic credit analysis
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Advanced or strong working knowledge of Excel, including complex worksheets
  • Languages: Native Cantonese; fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Eligible to work in Hong Kong.
