Responsibilities:
- Implement a strategic real estate plan that aligns with the Bank's long-term goals, policies and procedures
- Lead the team and manage the leasing-related matters, including lease terms negotiations, leasing document management
- Conduct marketing research and feasibility studies for new sites
- Manage tenant relationships and handle tenancy administration for the Banks leased properties
- Market vacant bank-owned properties and assist to manage the repossessed properties
- Prepare and manage the procurement plan, annual budget for occupancy and other operating costs from both bank-wide and departmental perspectives
- Provide regular management reports on portfolio performance, project status, cost savings achievements and potential risks
- Serve as the liaison between the bank and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including acting as the key contact point for all audit-related activities and reviews
- Act as the controller by working with other teams within the Corporate Services Department to ensure that all teams policies and procedures comply with regulations and requirements
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience in lease and financial management field
- Good exposure in financial management for Corporate Services function is an advantage
- Excellent project, stakeholder and people management skills
- Sound knowledge in lease management related in commercial and residential leasing
- Good PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
