We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Analyst to support project managers and help drive success across major Asia infrastructure programs.

What You'll Do Project Coordination & Execution Support
- Partner closely with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, assist in planning, and support execution across diverse project portfolios.
- Track and update key project elements including plans, milestones, dependencies, issues, risks, action items, and decision logs.
Financial & Portfolio Management
- Prepare and submit project funding requests.
- Maintain accurate financial tracking (budget, forecast, actuals, variance analysis).
- Provide portfolio management support to technical teams.
Governance, Documentation & Reporting
- Produce essential project deliverables such as documentation, SharePoint content, governance materials, and lifecycle artifacts.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly status reports and meeting minutes to committees and senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all project documentation is consistent and compliant with Project Life Cycle standards.
Analysis & Cross-Functional Support
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses including resource planning, financial variances, and trend insights.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to align practices, identify synergies, and establish best-practice methodologies.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives including budgeting, communication, and multi-team coordination efforts.
What You Bring - Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience for Analyst level; at least 3 years in Project Management.
- Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure environments, including networks, data centers, and end-user technology deployments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access), MS Project, SharePoint, and PM tools (PPM, project portfolio or reporting tools).
- Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and comfortable preparing polished presentations for senior leaders.
- A proactive self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
