Your new role - Support trade execution and booking across fixed income products, including cash bonds, structured products, and derivatives
- Provide real-time assistance to sales and trading teams, including trade chat support and post-trade issue resolution
- Coordinate with operations and middle office to ensure accurate settlement and documentation
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC documentation, and account setup processes
- Prepare sales materials, client presentations, and support client proposals
- Conduct market research and analysis to support pricing, structuring, and client discussions
- Track client requests, outstanding actions, and contribute to MI and performance reporting
- Collaborate closely with trading, structuring, risk, compliance, and operations teams on day-to-day activities and projects.
What you'll need to succeed - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in financial markets, ideally within fixed income, derivatives, or sales support
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability; exposure to Bloomberg or other market systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is beneficial
