This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to the governance and operational integrity of a leading Asia Pacific investment banking business.
What You'll Do - Conduct regular reviews of project documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate closely with key control and support functions, including Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit.
- Navigate high-volume periods with confidence-prioritize tasks effectively and manage ad-hoc requests and projects with professionalism.
- Stay ahead of evolving requirements by interpreting and implementing regulatory, policy, and procedural changes.
- Consistently deliver high-quality work with strong accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
What We're Looking For - 1-2 years of relevant work experience in financial services, legal, compliance, internal audit, or related fields.
- Experience with HKIPO and USIPO processes is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-with fluency in English and Chinese.
- A strong team player who can build positive working relationships across departments.
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a lean team environment.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
