Your new role - Work with PWM business units and control teams (like Compliance and Legal) to put effective controls, governance, and risk management in place.
- Perform daily supervisory and trade surveillance checks to ensure compliance. Spot issues, investigate them, and suggest fixes.
- Prepare reports on key issues and escalate them to senior management when needed.
- Oversee outsourced surveillance teams to ensure their work meets required quality and performance standards.
What you'll need to succeed - Able to speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
- At least 2 years of experience in banking or project management.
- Strong computer skills, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Programming knowledge (e.g., macros or Python) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written
