We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and lead key workstreams within our Global Supplier Services (GSS") function, including strategic projects tied to expansion initiatives in China. About the Team The Global Supplier Services team drives efficiency and transparency across the organisation by optimising sourcing strategies, managing third-party risks, delivering cost-management insights, and enhancing the Source-to-Pay lifecycle. As part of the Asia Central Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping regional processes, governance, and transformation.
What You'll Do Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse expense, sourcing, and risk data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare clear, compelling reports and presentations for senior management decision-making.
Third-Party Risk Management
- Assess and monitor risks associated with external vendors, ensuring regulatory alignment and enterprise risk controls.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation frameworks.
Project Leadership
- Lead sourcing and third-party-risk-related projects from scoping to execution.
- Create detailed project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Business Units, and global GSS teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
- Facilitate seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and drive enhancements across sourcing, procurement, and risk governance processes.
- Champion best practices and regional standardisation.
What You Bring - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related fields (Master's or PMP/CIPS certification a plus).
- 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, third-party risk, or related domains; financial services experience preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Mandarin and strong communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex information.
- Excellent project management capability, organisational skills, and a proactive, independent work style.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies, procurement processes, and third-party risk frameworks within regulated industries.
