A leading investment firm is now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join trade compliance team.
This role will be sitting at business team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data reporting related to investment trading to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead workflow automation initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Serve as the system owner, managing various technology systems and ensuring they meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct data reporting related to investment trading to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including trade compliance reporting.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes and ensure they meet business requirements before deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or relevant
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in financial industry, or from Big 4 with compliance background
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services background, ideally with brief knowledge in compliance technology
- Qualified/certified in PMP, FRM, CFA, CCEP or relevant
- Familiarity with compliance and investment trading processes.
- Strong data reporting skills, with experience in relevant tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in Python is highly desirable for automation and data analysis tasks.
- Fluency in both Cantonese and English is required for effective communication with stakeholders and team members.
