  • A reputable Chinese Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join their Human Resources team as a Team Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the bank's C&B strategy and managing a dedicated team.

Your new role

  • Lead and manage the Compensation & Benefits team to deliver high-quality HR services.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain reward policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee annual bonus schemes, salary reviews, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and group office requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Group Office, requiring frequent communication in Chinese.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Proven working experience in the banking sector with strong exposure to HR practices.
  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) rules and guidelines related to HR.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is essential due to frequent interaction with the Group Office.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
