- A reputable Chinese Bank is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join their Human Resources team as a Team Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the bank's C&B strategy and managing a dedicated team.
Your new role
- Lead and manage the Compensation & Benefits team to deliver high-quality HR services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain reward policies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee annual bonus schemes, salary reviews, and performance appraisal processes.
- Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits matters to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and group office requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Office, requiring frequent communication in Chinese.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Proven working experience in the banking sector with strong exposure to HR practices.
- Solid knowledge of Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) rules and guidelines related to HR.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is essential due to frequent interaction with the Group Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
