Your new role - Lead and manage daily finance operations and financial planning & analysis.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, systems, and reporting standards.
- Oversee supply chain finance activities, including inventory management, demand planning support, and cost control.
- Optimise working capital and monitor stock levels, logistics costs, and procurement spending.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align financial and commercial objectives.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Partner with the leadership team on annual planning, forecasting, and long-term strategy.
- Perform in-depth sales and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
- Provide insights on product performance, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
What you'll need to succeed - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; CPA / ACCA is preferred.
- 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Strong understanding of both finance operations and supply chain processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding, and dynamic business environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
