Main Responsibilities

    • Provide functional and technical support (approximately 60%) for a multi-product Front Office post-trade application covering linear and non-linear rates, FX, repo and cross-asset products, used by Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office users.
    • Actively contribute to application development (approximately 40%), primarily in C#, including:
      • Corrective and enhancement developments
      • Application performance and stability improvements
      • Participation in code reviews and unit testing
    • Monitor incoming incidents and user requests, perform initial analysis, and work closely with development teams to drive issues through to resolution.
    • Follow global incident and crisis management guidelines, ensuring clear, timely and structured communication with stakeholders.
    • Participate in regional (Asia) and global projects, particularly during unit testing, UAT and regression testing phases.
    • Support and interact with technical environments including Windows Server, UNIX platforms, batch processing systems and SQL databases.
    • Produce and maintain functional and technical documentation, including support procedures and system workflows.
    • Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream application teams (pricing, risk, settlement, reporting).

Qualifications / Skills Required

    • Initial experience in application support and/or development within Front Office environments.
    • Exposure to Front Office systems such as Orchestrade, X-One, Murex or Summit (strong Orchestrade or X-One knowledge is a plus).
    • Good understanding of FX and/or Rates products, including trade lifecycle, P&L and risk concepts.
    • Ability to handle multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both technical teams and Front Office users.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced trading environment.
    • Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
