Let's create something together. Job duties of this Role: - Partner with clients to identify business challenges and develop effective digital solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional on/offshore teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives
- Analyze and assess functional impacts across front-to-back applications
- Conduct requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for business value creation
- Design and document new business processes and system enhancements
- Support the development of project plans, timelines, and business assessments
- Participate in testing and deployment activities, and design and deliver user training sessions to ensure successful adoption
Qualifications Come JOIN US if you have: - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage
- Strong background or project experience in insurance operations (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, New Business, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Agile certification preferred (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PSM I/II)
- Two positions available - candidates with less experience may be considered for junior roles (Business Analyst / Functional Consultant)
