Job Summary:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join my client, a global insurer. This role will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of prioritized strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive project execution, manage financials, and ensure effective change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead digital transformation and AI projects from initiation to execution, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to prepare business cases and secure approvals.
- Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, financials, and risks, providing updates at senior management forums.
- Vendor Coordination: Oversee the vendor sourcing process, including RFP and SoW preparations, while managing relationships with external partners.
- Risk Management: Anticipate and address project risks and issues with a proactive approach, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or STEM-related fields.
- Experience: 8+ years in consulting, business operations, or project management, preferably in financial services. Experience in digital transformation and Gen AI is highly preferred.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
