Client Services Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Report to the Client Services Senior Manager
- Responsible for day to day management of client services support activities for the sales team, preparing PPT, analysis reports and write up drafting
- Work closely with different internal departments, including compliance, operation and investment teams for project coordination on ongoing basis
- Responsible for Request For Proposals (RFP) co-ordination, compilation, due diligence on clients and CRM update
- Assist the sales colleagues for regular reports delivery and also assist with ad hoc request
- Other ad hoc tasks and projects
Job Requirements - Master degree holder preferred in Finance/Economics/Business or related majors with 2 years relevant experience
- Good knowledge of financial products & detail-minded with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Graduates with related experience is an advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Good knowledge of programming language, Wind and Bloomberg Terminal for data update is a plus
- Professional translation skill is a plus
- A team player with initiatives and self-motivation
