Your new role
- Conducting trigger event review, background searching and Worldcheck
- Updating customer risk assessments through the internal system
- Responsible for reviewing, verifying POI & POA and signature, checking Tax residence, Jurisdiction & TIN
- Ensuring the information is complete, accurate, and update on systems appropriately
- Liaising with the transaction team to perform relevant four-eye checks
- Reporting to the compliance manager regularly
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid growth
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or customer support is an advantage
