The Job - Execute internal audit assignments to evaluate the adequacy and enhance the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance processes
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to mitigate the relevant risks.
- Prepare audit reports which clearly articulate control deficiencies and propose remediation actions to mitigate the risk identified.
- Follow up with management and monitor the remediation of identified issues.
The Person - University graduate with a Bachelor degree in business related disciplines
- 5+ years of audit / compliance / internal control over financial reporting in life insurance company or Big 4 is preferable
- Solid knowledge of life insurance industry is an advantage
- Details oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated
- Strong project management and excellent report writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- CPA / CIA / CISA / FRM or relevant professional qualifications
