We are seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP. This position is primarily responsible for delivering strategic HR support to assigned business functions, addressing HR issues, and supporting effective HR initiatives that foster a high-performance and caring culture.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum HR support and strategic advice to assigned business units
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions
- Support organizational development initiatives across the organization
- Collaborate on talent management, including resourcing strategies, succession planning, and leadership development
- Implement and improve performance management processes and talent development initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and analyze survey results
- Handle employee relations cases independently
- Assist in managing HR strategic projects as assigned
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner role
- Experience in financial services industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and organizational development
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR initiatives
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices and current trends
- Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance and relevant regulations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
