Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders including shopping malls, retail chains, and government authorities

• Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our market presence

• Analyse market trends and competitor landscape to inform business strategies

• Develop and execute customer retention and acquisition strategies utilizing CRM tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction

• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership materials to prospective clients

• Develop and implement effective strategies and promotion campaigns to deliver business results and meet performance targets

• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance within the sales team

Job Requirement

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Marketing, with a minimum 8 years of experience in business development or partnerships, focusing on key account management, preferably within the shopping mall sector

• Proven track record in key account management, with hand-ons experience using client management tools to achieve operational excellence

• Strong understanding of the digital payment landscape and customer needs within the industry

• Demonstrated results-driven approach with a history of building strategic partnerships and delivering measurable growth

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of long-term relationships with clients

• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, with a highly analytical mindset that allows for seamless transitions between strategic planning and day-to-day operations

• Possesses a can-do attitude, is a fast learner, and highly self-motivated. Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
