Case Management Manager to join the team.
Your new role - Manage new case submissions by coordinating the end-to-end process of life insurance applications and operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all case handling activities.
- Act as a liaison between front office and back office teams, ensuring smooth communication and workflow.
- Monitor case progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks or escalations to meet standard operating procedures.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of case files, documentation, and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure timely and accurate decision-making on complex cases.
- Prepare management reports on operational performance for senior leadership review.
- Drive customer-centric practices by ensuring policyholders receive clear communication, timely updates, and empathetic support throughout the case lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience in case management, distribution operations, or sales support
Exposure to Life Insurance Products and Life Insurance Industry is preferred
Relevant Insurance qualifications is a plus
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
