Your new company We are currently looking for an IT Support Engineer for one of our most sizeable in-house clients.
Your new role - Serve as the first point of contact for users needing technical assistance
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, software, and IT services
- Provide support for Windows systems, productivity tools, Microsoft 365 apps, and other business applications
- Handle user account setup, permission changes, and access administration
- Look after office IT equipment, basic server tasks, and network connectivity
- Assist with server-related checks, system maintenance, and directory services
- Record and update support requests through the ticketing system
What you'll need to succeed - Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments and Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune
- Strong problem-solving skills, a sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented attitude
