Your new company Our client is a large Chinese corporate expanding its footprint across Hong Kong and Mainland China. To support its growth, the company is seeking a versatile and experienced professional who can independently manage HR operations.
Your new role - Handle full-spectrum HR duties including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Mainland China labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and personnel files.
- Support organizational development, training, and internal communications.
- Act as the key HR contact for all staff across locations.
What you'll need to succeed - Must have prior working experience in a Chinese company.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, ideally in retail or F&B environments.
- Strong understanding of Hong Kong labor laws; Mainland China HR exposure is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities.
- Native Mandarin preferred; fluent Cantonese and English highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Hong Kong and Mainland China as needed.
