Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for administering, coordinating, and monitoring on HKMA / IA / MPFA / SFC licensing, e.g. licenses registration, deregistration and renewal.
- Support business processes such as pre-employment, on / off boarding and changes during employment.
- Responsible for data checking of HR Information System and HR record maintenance.
- Responsible for club membership enrollment / cancellation and monthly subscription fee / payment arrangement.
- Handle enquiries from potential candidates / employees from time to time.
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to the team.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred.
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in HR operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of employment related ordinance and regulations.
- Detail-minded, organized and able to work independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
