Required Skills:
- 5-7 years of commercial banking experience, with a focus on China commercial clients
- Strong credit analysis skills and hands-on experience in deposit acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and client management abilities
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is essential
- Ability to structure banking solutions, prepare credit proposals, and coordinate onboarding
- Effective communication with US and China teams to facilitate cross-border services
- Knowledge of KYC/AML procedures and compliance standards
Nice to Have Skills:
- Qualification with Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF)
- Experience working within multicultural and cross-regional teams
- Familiarity with industries such as real estate, private equity, high-tech, or entertainment
- Additional language skills or regional market expertise
