Corporate Finance, IBD

Responsibilities:

• • Participate in the execution of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, financial advisory services, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, and other fundraising activities.
  • To fully participate in the due diligence and execution processes;
  • To prepare financial analysis, listing documents, pitching materials and presentations;
  • Involve in evaluation and execution of clients strategic initiatives in business expansion / restructuring and related acquisition opportunities; and
  • Liaise with clients, professional parties, and regulatory authorities, including the Stock Exchange and the SFC.

Requirements:

• • Professional qualification and/ or university degree in accounting or finance is preferred;
  • At least 5 years solid experience in corporate finance and work experience in international accounting firm is preferred;
  • Working knowledge in the Listing Rules and Takeovers Codes is required;
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills; and
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
