Your new company Our Client, a top-tier insurance firm, are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in driving operations transformation projects.
Your new role - Responsible for multiple transformation projects to align with both our technology and business roadmaps
- Provide end-to-end project management including requirement definition, resources, budget, schedule, solutions, and deliverables
- Responsible for proposing and driving development of end-to-end projects, from solution planning, feasibility study to the entire development cycle.
- Work closely with various IT teams, business units and vendors to ensure alignment of initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed - 5-8 years of experience in project management
- Experience in leading mid to large scale projects, ideally with technical know-how using different technologies
- Strong leadership skills, presentation and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the insurance/ banking industry is preferred.
