Your new role - Support appeal case handling, including reviewing documentation, coordinating internal follow-up, and ensuring timely and accurate case resolution.
- Manage end-to-end EDM fulfilment, from briefing and content validation to execution, testing, and post-deployment checks.
- Assist in launching and coordinating marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Conduct post-campaign assessments, providing insights and recommendations to optimise future marketing investment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail in all campaign workflows and customer communications.
What you'll need to succeed - 4-5 years of experience in insurance marketing operations, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to support case appeals with accuracy and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Experience in financial services, retail banking, or SME marketing is an advantage.
