Locally hired in one of our Southeast Asian Entities: Responsibilities: - Responsible for the on-going development and management of cash management products in Transaction Banking Department.
- Responsible for proposing the business strategies, product pricing and sales/marketing planning to increase the market share of the bank's cash management products.
- Monitor the market trend and conduct product review regularly.
- Partner with other product teams & marketing managers to establish efficient marketing platform.
- Work with different departments to establish proper control measures, clear guidelines and business performance indicators.
- On-the-job training will be offered to successful candidates to take a short-term assignment at Bank of China (Hong Kong), and returning to the original hiring country / transferring to other Southeast Asian entities depending on business needs after the secondment.
Requirements: - Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 5 years or above working experience in cash management products (payment) in Banking / Fintech industry is preferred.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Relevant working experience in domestic commercial banks and / or regulatory bodies in Southeast Asian countries is an absolute advantage.
- Strong IT Background is definitely an advantage.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and local languages in Indonesia /Thailand / Malaysia / Vietnam / The Philippines / Brunei /Vientiane / Yangon. Chinese is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and rotate in Southeast Asian regions.
