Job Duties / Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day operational and service support, ensuring accurate processing, reporting, and timely completion of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support a broad range of banking and investment products across multiple asset classes.
- Perform operational processing related to
- Corporate Actions: Client onboarding, KYC, CRS and FATCA reviews, account opening and client documentation, credit administration and documentation
- Banking, securities, and fund services operations
- Handle manual processing in environments with high transaction volumes and tight processing windows.
- Execute high‑volume transactions with a high degree of accuracy while consistently meeting tight processing deadlines.
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to deliver quality outputs within established timelines and service standards.
- Prepare, review, and support the issuance of operational instructions and client documentation.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve operational exceptions, discrepancies, and irregularities, ensuring appropriate controls and documentation are maintained.
- Escalate issues and exceptions promptly to management to ensure timely awareness, resolution, and risk mitigation.
- Participate in business initiatives and projects, including user requirement gathering, data analysis, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post‑implementation support.
- Complete ad‑hoc tasks and special assignments as required to support business and operational needs.
- Maintain effective and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational workflows and service delivery.
Requirements - Prior experience is preferred
- Immediately Available is preferred
- Fluent English and Cantonese is a must
