The Role

  • Partner closely with senior consultants to deliver end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (infrastructure, applications, cyber, data, project management and more).
  • Source and engage suitable candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews to assess technical skills, career motivation and cultural fit, and build long-term relationships.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, CV screening, shortlisting, interview arrangement, salary negotiation and offer management.
  • Provide candidates with market insights, interview preparation and regular updates to ensure a positive experience.
  • Work towards team and individual targets while maintaining high service standards.

Your Profile

  • Experience as a Technology Recruitment Consultant is highly preferred; agency recruitment experience in any sector will also be considered.
  • 1–2 years of recruitment, sales, business development or customer-facing experience; more experience may be considered for a senior title.
  • Strong communication and people skills, with a confident and professional presentation.
  • Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Passion for the technology sector and building a long-term career in recruitment.
