Your Scope
- Market Expansion: Execute sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and identify emerging channels for broader reach.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate new broker partnerships while deepening existing relationships to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize internal workflows to enhance compliance, boost efficiency, and elevate the overall customer experience.
- Client Onboarding: Conduct professional member briefings to support both new business onboarding and long-term client retention.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience : University degree with 5+ years in channel sales, specifically working with brokers and Employee Benefits products.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; must be fully proficient in English (Native Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage).
- Drive: A proactive, independent worker who thrives in a team environment and can leverage networks to deliver measurable results.
