This role will oversee trust structuring, family governance and wealth solutions, while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements set by regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Compliance
  • Lead and manage the trust administration team to deliver high-quality client service
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements governing trust administration
  • Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth
Client Advisory & Solutions
  • Design and implement bespoke trust structures for asset protection and succession planning
  • Develop family governance frameworks to facilitate multi-generational wealth transfer
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Business Development
  • Define and execute the strategic growth plan for trust services
  • Identify and onboard new UHNW client relationships
  • Expand the Group's market share in wealth structuring solutions

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in trust administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong expertise in trust set-up and day-to-day administrative operations
  • Degree in Law or related discipline; professional qualifications such as TEP or HKCGI Chartered membership are highly regarded
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with UHNW clients and senior stakeholders
  • Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership capability
  • Fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin is essential
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
