The Company A well-capitalized wealth management platform is seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead and grow their trust business, with a strong emphasis on serving UHNW clients. This role will oversee trust structuring, family governance and wealth solutions, while ensuring strict compliance with regulatory requirements set by regulatory bodies.
Responsibilities Leadership & Compliance
- Lead and manage the trust administration team to deliver high-quality client service
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements governing trust administration
- Mentor and develop team members to support professional growth
Client Advisory & Solutions
- Design and implement bespoke trust structures for asset protection and succession planning
- Develop family governance frameworks to facilitate multi-generational wealth transfer
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency
Business Development
- Define and execute the strategic growth plan for trust services
- Identify and onboard new UHNW client relationships
- Expand the Group's market share in wealth structuring solutions
Requirements - Minimum 8 years of solid experience in trust administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong expertise in trust set-up and day-to-day administrative operations
- Degree in Law or related discipline; professional qualifications such as TEP or HKCGI Chartered membership are highly regarded
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with UHNW clients and senior stakeholders
- Client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership capability
- Fluency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin is essential
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
