Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support on day to day operations including procurement, budget and financial processes, coordination as well as training courses
- Assist in recruitment logistics and handling leave record
- Assist in meeting coordination, IT documentation, data entry and reporting as well as handle of general enquiries
- Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in Chinese Word Processing & MS Office applications
- Cheerful, responsible and willing to learn
- Preference will be given to those available on Wednesday and Friday
