Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support HRIS operations including onboarding/off-boarding, training, and data management, ensuring data integrity and process efficiency.
  • Ensure timely payroll and benefits administration for all employees, including monthly payroll, final payment, tax declaration, administer MPF, medical scheme, and etc.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure consistent practices that comply with global standards and local regulations.
  • Drive digital HR process improvements and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Support the office administration including contract management, visa application, vendor management etc.
  • Assist to organize company functions such as Annual Party, Christmas Party, company outing and charity activities.
  • Other cross-functional HR projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws and privacy regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS (Oracle is an advantage) and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English and preferably Mandarin.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
