Senior HRBP – Web3 Recruitment Experience Preferred

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an HR advisor to designated business units, aligning people strategies with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist and managerial roles, including web3/blockchain and technology functions.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Advise on HR policies, rewards, and compliance with employment laws and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee development programs.
• Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements across HR functions.
• Support HR analytics/reporting and provide insights to leadership.
• Participate in or lead HR projects and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
• Arond 5 - 8 years relevant HR experience, with strong recruitment exposure.
• Previous experience hiring for web3, blockchain, or fintech roles highly desirable.
• Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment legislation.
• Strong business partnering skills; able to influence and build credibility with managers and senior executives.
• Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solver, and flexible team player.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin an advantage.
